Hi friends...Today i make something special dish for u..
Prwans fry is really spicy and yummy dish.This dish.is delicasy for all the keralites.(me too..)
Ingredients
Prawns - 500 gm.
Tamarind or Kudam puli - 5 cloves
Green chillies - 5 no’s
Ginger - 1 small pieces (chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coconut - 1/2 cup
curry leaves - for taste & garnish
Salt - to taste
Garlic - 3 cloves (smashed)
Curry leaves - 1 or 2
Now its time for final garnishing/frying. Take a pan ,heat the pan with coconut oil, after heating the oil add chili flakes, sauté it well .cook in slow fire add the
chopped onion, green chillies,small onions, ginger, curry leaves,and chopped garlic.
Mix all the ingredient’s..for 2 minutes. Finally add the boiled prawns...blend it well. Serve hot with rice/ kappa.

Coconut oil - 2 table spoon
chilli flakes - 1 1/2 tsp.
Onion - 1 small chopped
Green chilli- 3/4
Small onion - 8/10
Ginger- i small pieces choppedGarlic - 3 cloves (smashed)
Curry leaves - 1 or 2
Method
Boil prawns with all the ingredients (Tamarind/kudam
puli,greenchillies,chopped ginger, turmeric powder,cocunt,curry leaves and
salt. mix it well. Boil the prawns for 15 minutes.dont cook for long time(otherwise
prawns became hard ).
